Lender Check Ask about the free pilot

Check every bank BEFORE you submit to any of them.

Lender Check tests a deal against each lender's own rules and shows the finance manager a green / yellow / red board — which banks the deal qualifies for, which are borderline, and which won't take it — before anything is submitted anywhere.

The board One look, before you submit
Green — qualifies Top Pick
The deal fits this lender's rules. Safe to submit.
Yellow — borderline
Close. The card shows exactly which figure is tight, so the manager can judge.
Red — won't qualify
The card gives the reason. Don't send it — the customer takes a hard pull for nothing.

The problem

The shotgun approach costs the customer every time.

One deal, sent bank after bank

The usual way a deal gets placed: the application goes out to one bank, then another, then another — a hard credit pull each time. Some of those banks were never going to approve the deal in the first place. The customer's file takes the hit anyway, and the decline lands just the same.

How it works

Four steps. Nothing changes hands but numbers.

Lender Check stands on its own. It doesn't connect to any dealer system, and no credit report ever changes hands — the manager types in the deal figures, and that's all Lender Check ever sees.

1

Pull credit once, the usual way

The dealership pulls the customer's credit exactly as it does today. One pull, at the dealership, like always.

2

Enter the deal figures

The finance manager enters the deal figures into Lender Check. Figures only — no names, no credit report.

3

Read the board

Each lender is checked against its own rules, and the board answers with the reason on every card.

Green — qualifies
Yellow — borderline
Red — won't qualify
4

Pick and submit as usual

The manager picks the banks and submits through the normal channel, the same way they always have.

Submitted by Lender Check: 0 — always.

Lender Check is advice, not a submission. It shows the board; the manager decides and submits. Always.

Who it helps

Good for the desk, the customer, and the lender.

Dealerships

  • No manager can hold 20+ banks' rules in their head. The board holds them instead.
  • Less experienced managers waste fewer leads sending deals to the wrong banks.
  • Deals that would have been missed get funded, when the board shows a fit the manager didn't know about.

Customers

  • Fewer pulls on their file.
  • A faster yes: the deal goes to the banks that fit first, not to banks that were never going to approve it.
  • A better chance of being approved at all: if any bank fits the deal, the board finds it — including banks the manager might not have known about.

Lenders

  • Deals that fit arrive, instead of dead ends that were never going to qualify.
  • That includes deals from managers who would never have sent them the deal before.

The free pilot

Try it on real deals. Two ways, both free.

Pick whichever fits your desk. There's no fee and no commitment either way, and either side can end the pilot at any time.

Option one

The look-back

Send your last 10–20 closed deals, with the customers' names removed. Lender Check runs each one against the board and sends the results back within 48 hours — so you can see, on deals you already know the ending to, which submissions were wasted and which banks were missed.

Option two

The live run

Run Lender Check on live deals for up to one week. Check each deal before you submit it, and compare the board against what actually happens. One week of real deals is enough to know whether it earns its place on the desk.

No fee No commitment Either side can end it anytime
